Kanon: Chapter 1

It was a cold dark morning. People were afraid, hiding in their homes. It was a chaotic place to be in. Flames, burning left and right, no one was sure where to go or where to stay. At places where people would believe to be the most safest are the places where it would be the most dangerous. Once taken away, they would suffer. There were fear, and that stayed, never disappeared. No one knew what to do, rebel or follow the new leader. Supplies were slim, no one knew if they could make it through. The leader, Mike Anderson II, decided to do this to the region named Kanon. In order to entertain himself, he brought bombs and mercenaries into the region and destroyed every single building in his sight. Now people are joining him, leaving the public city to face the difficulties on their own. No one from the other regions decided to bother helping or assisting the Kanon government in taking out Mike Anderson II.

My name is Mike Anderson. Don't confuse me with that man named Mike Anderson II, we are two different people. When people hear my name, they don't know if they should fear me or trust me, which irritates me twofold. I live in the city called Mayor, the few other cities that hasn't been completely ruined by the bombing Mike Anderson II. I am building up a small unit of soldiers that we will fight back against Mike. I know that if no one does anything now, this region will just fall under Mike just too easily. I grouped up with a couple professional assassins who taught us the way to attack, hunt, and keep us away from the hands of the mercenaries. No one knows where Mike Anderson II is at because he keeps himself away from others and the ones that follow him has no connection from him. All the people who is trying to follow Mike Anderson II is wear a red headband and take in buildings, attack innocent people, and revolt with the mercenaries. There is only one way to stop this violence, and it is to revolt against it and hope things go for the better.

Dreams

Aspirations, goals, happiness
These are the things we long for
In day where life is hard, cruel, painful
While in night where happiness appears as a illusion
That only deep in the night is what brings joy
But once awake, goes back to the great turmoil
Can we really get to where we want?
The dreams and joy that we seek
Only for there to be people to taunt
The day we look so weak
But the creativity of the mind at night
Is the thing that gives us the light.

Realization

The truth is what prevails
Things cannot be forgotten
Truth will be with detail
Lies would just cause friction
Happiness may not be granted with the truth
but truth will give better decisions
Stay true to yourself and you won't be scared
Stay true to others and nothing you will fear
Be who you are, and show it to others
That way you'll have true sisters and brothers

Destiny

Living, such a thing that we all do
What is the purpose for living?
From the dreams we seek,
to the actions we do
all of it is lead by destiny.
Happiness and sorrow
Through the moments of truth
People follow the flow
Just like living with destiny
People would just say
That "it was meant to be."

Intro

The goals, the dream, the wants that we aspire
Will finally start when we being to have a desire
Even though life can be difficult at times
It would pay off in the future and life would be wonderful
So be patient and wait for the right moment
but don't just sit there and not take action
So work hard and finish what you started
for in the end you know you will be rewarded
